Phase 2: Design (4–6 weeks) UX wireframes (low-fidelity structure), high-fidelity UI design (what it looks like), interactive prototype (clickable mock-up for user testing), and design system (component library for development consistency).

Phase 3: Development (8–16 weeks for MVP) Sprint-based development (2-week sprints), with a working build available throughout. Weekly client reviews. Continuous integration and testing.
